Public bug reported:

I have 2 screens. I opened gnome-text-editor on the 2nd screen. I don't
remember exactly what I did, perhaps I move gnome-text-editor from full-
frame mode to window mode (make app smaller). Then I found gnome-text-
editor window is broken, I can't work with it: I can't switch between
tab of gnome-text-editor. But I can't move the app to 1st screen using
keyboard. This problem I met with gnome-text-editor only. Please see the
video. On first part I click mouse on the 1st screen I we can see
problems on 2nd scree. In the second part of video I moved gnome-text-
editor to the 1st screen and try to work with the window. In the same
time all other apps (for example, Gnome Files) works well.
