Target release: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.
Installed kernel: 7.0.0-42-generic.
The upgrader attempts to install linux-generic 7.0.0-43.43.
Required linux-modules-7.0.0-43-generic and matching kernel headers cannot be
resolved.
Removing QGIS and temporarily removing the HWE metapackages did not resolve the
problem.
The existing Ubuntu 24.04 installation passes apt-get check.
