AnrDaemon: you'll have to upgrade manually. From 22.04 to 24.04, do- release-upgrade is not smart enough to understand that your RabbitMQ installation can be upgraded. Please see [1] for more details.
This is not a problem when upgrading from 24.04 to 26.04.
