stellarium 26.3-1 fails to build on amd64 in tenacious during dh_builddeb

dh_builddeb.pkgbinarymangler: error: Aborting due to earlier error
The package ships
usr/share/stellarium/skycultures/egyptian_dendera/illustrations/bull's_thigh.png.
pkgstripfiles runs `xargs -I{} /bin/sh -c 'f='\''{}'\'' ...'`, so the file name
is pasted
into the shell code and a ' in it breaks the script. Names with sed regex
characters
([, *, \ ...) also break or mis-match the md5sums update.
Fix: pass the name to the shell as a positional argument and escape it
in the md5sums sed script.
The fix is in pkgbinarymangler 159, being tested in ppa:ubuntu-
desktop/ppa.
