I tried reconfiguring X by using the command sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg But still the same probs an no X. Here is a new logfile. Maybe this information will help, since I know X does not like dual head video cards. Video card X800 pro TFT screen 19 inch max resolution 75 hz.
