Hardy Alpha 4 will be released within days. It will have an updated
version of the kernel It would be great if you could test the new
kernel via the LiveCD. You can download and try the new Hardy Heron
Alpha release from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/hardy/ . General
information regarding the release can also be found here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ .
If you can, please verify if this bug still exists or not and report
back your results. If the issue still exists, can you boot with the
"quiet" and "splash" boot options removed and take a digital photo of
the messages logged to the screen and attach it to this bug report?
