Public bug reported: Binary package hint: tikiwiki
In short, some paths seems to be wrong in the package (tikiwiki 1.9.7 +dfsg-2ubuntu1.1, Ubuntu 7.10). Installation has been done using mysql as the DB backend. The symptoms are you only get blank pages when trying to access tikiwiki, although mysql logs show tikiwiki can access the DB.
