...ok - I was just about to write a counter-comment but then re-checked the docs and now I changed my mind. I didn't understand that the samrt mode was triggered by just typing on the keyboard. Anyways and funnily, in breezy, it worked the way I expected it to (i.e., the alt-ctrl-p worked like the smart mode setting). Maybe this is even useful? raph
