i have the same problem from gutsy beta until now.
gnome power shows 3 batteries although i have only one and the other two 
appearing batteries are empty.
so when the battery is low system doesn't suspend as i have set.

system is Compaq Armada E500 laptop with Gutsy latest updates.

appearing to have 3 batteries instead of one
