Okay, it was fault of the sync-rates - It's the same output without the Virtual Line. Crazy, my Xorg.conf worked just fine in Xorg 7.2. However I had tried it without monitor-data inside the conf before 2:2.2.0.90-2ubuntu2, so probably the new release fixed a part of this bug too. Thanks again for your help.
