Public bug reported:
New kernel 2.6.24-7, came with the updates, give many problems.
Reboot does not work (and when closing the desktop environment often crashes),
it stops on a black screen with a blinking pointer...
And GNOME seems working slower...
Instead, loading the previous kernel (2.6.24-5) everything works well.
