I will recompile it probably tonight or in the next couple of days. By the way... I have a problem also with the battery of this laptop (last kernel with no problem was 2.6.20): it's not detected, it's like I'm always on AC. ACPI works, if I unplug, the brightness is dimmed, but no sign of the battery status.
