That doesn't mean they won't be missed by people who use fluxbox, xfce,
or some other window manager without bluez-gnome.  Personally I know
that I want as slim an installation as possible on my ASUS Eee, so I do
a lot of things manually.

That said, I use hidd on my other machines as well.
