Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xfce4-xkb-plugin
1. Applications -> Settings -> Keyboard Settings, Layouts. By default, it's "Use X configuration", so it will ignore XFCE-set values. 2. Uncheck "Use X configuration", and add one more layout to the default one. Close the dialog. 3. Changes are lost! Note that changes in other tabs (e.g. Typing settings: Delay, Speed) *are* saved, but keyboad layouts are discarded. As a result, one can only change keyboard layouts in xorg.conf. Xubuntu 7.10, XFCE 4.4.1. ** Affects: xfce4-xkb-plugin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Can't add keyboard layouts in XFCE's "Keyboard Preferences" dialog https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/192337 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
