This looks like it was mis-filed against X, but as mentioned in the bug
description it is suspected to be an issue with the kernel module.
Refiling against the Feisty kernel.
Could you please test against Hardy and see if the issue still exists in
that? If so, please list this as also affects the 2.6.24 kernel.
