Hi Leann, thanks for the reply. I've tried to do what you said, but I've had a problem: the Hardy Heron Alpha 4 release doesn't work on my laptop. If i try to "Start or Install Ubuntu", it appears the window titled "Linux Kernel loading" with the progress bar that stops at 77%. CD-Check has the same result, while Memory test boots. How can I test what you asked me to test? And should I file a bug with that issue?
