Thanks for your bugreport.
What version of update-manager do you currently run on gutsy? Could you
please check that you got the latest one from gutsy-updates?
If one of your other computers failed to upgrade (and now boots into
busybox), could you please include the logs in /var/log/dist-upgrade of
the failure in a new bugreport? That would help us diagnose the issue?
