I understand that, for those which face noticeable hardware problems, this is no real fix. The messages are just an indication of the real problem (mostly some BIOS that has a broken ACPI setup). However there were also many who saw these messages during boot but didn't have problems because the kernel somehow was able to recover. So the message itself was considered to be too intrusive and this was fixed. But the message is not the bug. It is detail information to (hopefully) find the bug. But this should be done in its own problem report which says hardware x does not work in my system y and those are the system messages.
