I'm getting this crash every time I run Advanced Desktop Effects Settings from 
the System > Preferences menu item.
I am running with a fully updated (as of Feb 19, 2008) version of Hardy Heron 
pulling from this repo:
Note that I can successfully select "Extra" Effects from System > Preferences > 
Appearence ...
