That doesn't matter, if a package is dragged in because of a dependency and the package which dragged it in was removed, than that package is marked for autoremoval. Its just a warning that you may safely remove it not that the package can't or doesn't work, if anyhow this annoys you, you can install the package directly, for instance with apt-get:
