Thanks for your detailed submission. This is a old submission (almost 9
months now!). Did the Live CD pass the CD check? From your logs, it
looks like a hard crash perhaps due to an error in reading the CD
correctly. If the disk passes the CD check and the install fails at the
same location twice in a row, we can move this to Confirmed.
