Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I have noticed that once in a while, hitting ctrl+pg.up or ctrl+pg.dn to
go from tab 1 to tab 2 won't really work; sure, it is tab 2 that is
presented in front of me, but apparently key presses still affect tab 1.

That is, sometimes I hit ctrl+pg.dn to go from tab 1 to tab 2, but then
pressing pg.down does NOT scroll the page down. If I go back to tab 1 I
notice that THAT one page has scrolled down, even though I was on tab 2
when I pressed pg.dn.

** Affects: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
