Hi Chris, apologies for not sending the .csv file any sooner. I can't set up a file that produces the problem without including email addresses - if I edit the .csv file, the import works OK, but on a csv file created by an email client, the problem shows itself reliably. Rather than send you an extract from my address book, could I suggest you export some addresses from your own (I use Thunderbird) as a .csv. If this doesn't show the problem, I'll send a small address book to you. Regards, Ken Speakman
