I did not see this bug listed for Tuesday bug day so I thought I would resubmit
it with updated information.
I have never had sound in Hardy but sound worked fine in Gutsy
I have tried everything that has been suggested but no change
I am sending attachment with lspci-vv, lapci-vvn, alsa-info.sh in it
with the hope it will help
