Public bug reported: DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=7.10 DISTRIB_CODENAME=gutsy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 7.10"
Wacom Intous 3 A3 I have two monitors with a big desktop setup (using the fglrx driver). I constrained the wacom tablet via 'Option "ScreenNo" "0"' in my xorg.conf to my primary monitor since I don't want both monitors spanned on the tablet. For the cursor this works fine, but, however, in gimp and krita and I guess other painting applications have this problem too, there is an offset between the cursor and the stylus. The cursor is constrained to my primary monitor and works as expected, whereas the stylus works as if the tablet covered the whole desktop and thus leading to an offset. I tried the linuxwacom driver that is in the gutsy repository and compiled the most recent linuxwacom beta from the official site, but neither of them does work. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Wacom cursor offset in dual-monitor environment tablet is constrained to one monitor https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/197608 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
