I take it back. Just a moment ago I most definitely saw this occur on Emerald with the "legacy" engine. I'd been using it for a week or more without a problems though, so that means the bug is vastly less frequent for Emerald than with any theme in gtk-window-decorator. I will try using a different Emerald engine for a while and see if it happens again.
