Hi James After a long nights sleep I tried again today, and suddenly there was no more BusyBox! Since I haven't touched my computer since yesterday, I have no idea what happened.
However, I am now presented with a new error message. To avoid cluttering up Launchpad, I have opened a new bug about it: bug 197958 .
