Hi! I asked about this bug in the #gnome irc channel. Before gnome 2.22 the bug was also in the clearlooks metacity theme. Some months ago it was fixed. I thought, maybe somebody oft the gnome-devs knows what is the problem. I got 1 interesting answer:
