Hmm, these logs are not very useful since they're from after
installation. Could you attach either (a) /var/log/syslog from an
alternate installation, *during* the install (you can extract it using
"save debug logs" from the installer's main menu) or (b)
/var/log/installer/syslog from a system installed using the alternate
install CD?
