The 1998-2008 appearing under the progress bar is a bug due to the way I've done the png. In 1024x768 (the resolution I use) in is on both sides of it.
The bug I have with hardy, is that the colors get wrong when the usplash show at shutdown (I have a kind of green-pink violet patchwork)...
