Sync pdfedit 0.4.1 from Debian repos (unstable/testing)
Notes:
This is a bugfix release.
Fixed Makefile in src/kernel not being put in the distribution tarball (error
in script to generate tarballs ... )
Also fixed bug in pdfedit.pro which could result in pdfedit binary not being
installed in some cases.
