I'm sorry if I'm hijacking your bug-report now but I think I have the same issue. The problem seems to be with the patch 41t_nm_device_wireless_index_ctrl_sockets_by_run_count.patch I'll attach my daemon.log to show what I think is the issue. The problem seems to arise when I try to switch from one network to another, the first "run" of wpa_supplicant works, but when nm tries to start another then it can't find its control socket.
