Hi archdrone, Care to test against the latest 2.6.24-11 Hardy kernel (as of this post). If this issue still exists, per the kernel team's bug policy, can you please attach the following information. Please be sure to attach each file as a separate attachment.
* uname -a > uname-a.log * cat /proc/version_signature > version.log * dmesg > dmesg.log * sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log You also mention the system just freezes for a while. How long does it freeze for? And could you capture the dmesg output after the freeze as it might capture some useful error messages. For more information regarding the kernel team bug policy, please refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies . Thanks again and we appreciate your help and feedback. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- Ondemand governor freezes core2duo https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/195607 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
