Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04 DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu hardy (development branch)" Linux 2.6.24-11-generic #1 SMP Fri Feb 29 22:08:31 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux Thunderbird version 2.0.0.12 (20080227) Whenever I open thunderbird, thunderbird launches firefox (my default web browser) and tries to open this site, which fails. Sometimes it works and goes to en-us mozilla but most of the time it does not. I know from previous experience with thunderbird that this site is something to do with a new version and its features, but usually when you close it, thats it, it does not come up again. But this happens everytime I open Thunderbird. http://%locale%.www.mozilla.com/%LOCALE%/%APP%/%VERSION%/start/ ** Affects: mozilla-thunderbird (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- whenever I open thunderbird it tries to open a website https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/199541 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
