I've just found what the problem was and fixed it. Exactly as the dpkg output
says in the /var/lib/dpkg/available file at the line 25525 the was missing "-"
character. So instead of "openoffice.org-l10n-en-us" there was "openoffice.org
l10n-en-us" so that dpkg (or what) was parsing it as two columns.
dpkg works fine now.
