Can you please take a look at existing packages glassfish-* packages in Ubuntu and tell us if this is just an upgrade? It looks like we are carrying old version of glassfish-bin, sunwderby and imq (1.0.1) but everything else has been upgraded to some prerelease of 2ur1 (2+b58g-2).
I believe that you should first try changing the source of glassfish-* (2+b58g) to create a glassfish-bin and glassfish. And then try upgrading this package to latest version, 2ur1 in this case. Unless you are tying to have parallely installable packages with different root folders, you should remove v2ur1 from package names. Ubuntu version should look something like this 2+ur1-0ubuntu1, indicating that it is greater than 2+b58g-2.
