run "export OSYNC_TRACE=/tmp" (or a directory to your liking) before
running msynctool or multisync0.90.  Then, grep for ERROR in the
resulting files and/or put the whole files (Thread*) up somewhere for me
to look at.

I just tried here, and it works for me (with a Siemens S55 and on Debian
unstable though).
