yes have installed hardy and mine is up to date. I get the odd freeze but from things like putting the lid down and raising the lid to quickly. quirks are no longer necessary and I don't require "noapic" .etc. It was freezing maybe every 3rd time (i.e boot, suspend, resume, suspend, resume, suspend, resume, freeze) yet again no clues in the logs .... so? behavior seems to change with each kernel update so maybe this will cure itself.
