This bug was fixed in the package libxcb - 1.1-1ubuntu1 --------------- libxcb (1.1-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
* Add 100_sloppy_lock.diff, which reverses the locking logic, ie. sloppy locking is the default. To disable that, set the environment variable LIBXCB_DISABLE_SLOPPY_LOCK to any value.
