I also tried todays build on a P5B and it booted okay into the intaller.
You have to have an active network cable in the NIC to get it to detect.

It also detected the CDROM okay aswell. The only thing is it is asking me for 
my hard drives contoller (JMB363) driver.
I select Jmicron and nothing happins. Doesnt like it... is there some driver i 
can just put on floppy and get er done?
