To reproduce:
* Send a file to someone in pidgin.
Actual results:
* After the file is sent check lsof and you'll see pidgin keeps the file open
Expected results:
* Pidgin should not have the file open
This is a problem because if you send someone a file from removable
storage, you can't eject the storage because the file is open. It would
not be immediatly obvious to someone that it is pidgin that is keeping
the file open
