Thanks for testing. As far as I know it is not possible to back port the
Hardy Intel driver since it needs a newer Xorg version but Hardy will be
released in around a month so it should be no problem. I am closing this
bug as "Fix released". Feel free to open it again if it still happens
with current Hardy.
