Alright guys, here is a new cut of the greedy-for-all patch, this time
done as a slight modification of the greedy-for-965 patch.  Please
install and test.  It should bring the performance benefits that 965
users are reporting to everyone that has EXA enabled, without need for
xorg.conf configuration settings.
