I've found that yahoo is trying to patent some kind of smart drag and drop but I couldn't understand what is all about. Anyway the Gnome Taskbar already has this kind of behaviour, while dragging any file over the taskbar, windows get maximized or focused automatically after waiting 1 sec. I don't know if this already affects the problematic patent. What will be next?
