It is not so common in Linux for an user to change a folder's permission
under the root directory, but this option would be very useful when
situation like these happens, it should work like Mac OS X's disk
utility permission repair tool, this scans the whole file system and
verifies if they all have the correct permission modes applied, if not
the tool will apply them.
