Well, in order to change the profile combobox, i need to "unlock" first, otherwise it's shaded. Thus need to put my password (dunno if it uses it to gain root privileges or just to recheck my own identity as a user, though). So i would say it still occurs. Also if i wait too much in the unlocking dialog (about 10 sec), a popup raises telling me it fails for an "unknown reason"
