Thanks, I have just slipped on that problem during the upgrade process, didn't want to restart until I fix it. Now It's all doing fine so far.
I'm wondering, does this file gets updated after the upgrade? I don't know the exact purpose of it, but with only the above, It'll sure won't do anything.
