I am experiencing this problem with a Hardy Heron Beta install as well. Esp. while playing a 3D MMORPG (regnum online) the keyboard locks up after a few minutes running this game (reproducibly on two systems, one a new install another a upgrade).
Symptom is always, that one key stays pressed. The system becomes unusable by this.
