i dont know, i am not so experienced user. but on my laptop i can see
partitions as sda1 and sda5, then others linux based by its names. but here
my 160GB seagate IDE drive isnt being recognized as partitioned. i cant see
any tree showing how is the drive splitted to partitions. i tried manual
option and that shows tab where sda1 is showed and there are only two
options - to go back and leave without changes or make new partition table.
i tried it and still ignores how windows use partitions..i will try again to
specify it

and in fact my lcd 1024x768 starts every time as 1200x768 and i cannot
change it. when i set 1027x768 and clicky apply changes the screen starts
blinking and picture is moving from left to right like frames in movie..
