I got exactly the same visual problems with my system. Object details normally concealed by the front surface of an object are completely visible.
mainboard: Aopen i945GMmHL with integrated GPU GMA 950 / i945GM CPU: intel Core 2 Duo T5500 (Merom), socket 479y RAM: 2x MDT 1024MB CL4 S0-DIMM OS: Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon x86_64, Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon x86, both with xserver-xorg-video-intel The same happens with xserver-xorg-video-i810, so it looks like both packages are affected / have the same bug.
